Sweet tropical meal that is easy to make ahead and throw on the Grill! Great to serve at a party or as a main dish. I like serving with cous cous but you can serve with rice or anything you want! You can also substitute and used cubed chicken.
In large non-metal bowl, sealable bag or plastic container, combine all ingredients, miss well: add pork (or chicken) coat with marinade, cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours turning periodically.
Prepare Grill. Drain meat and reserve marinade. Arrange meat onto skewers. Place skewers on grill 4 to 6 inches from grill or coals. Cook 10-15 minutes or until meat is tender and loses pink color throughout. Turn skewers frequently, brushing with reserve marinade.
