- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth
- 1/3 cup honey original recipe called for Sioux Bee Honey
- 1 cup milk whole milk preferred

- 1/3 cup peanut butter smooth
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar sifted

Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt.
- Blend peanut butter and honey, then add dry ingredients
- Beat in milk gradually until a soft dough is formed
- Pour into a greased loaf pan, 9 by 5 by 3 inches
- Bake in oven 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes or until done
Frosting
- Blend together 1/4 cup honey and 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- Add 1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar and mix well
- Spread onto warm loaf and cut into fingers
